Thomas A. Arnone is in his fifth term on the Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners and was elected Director in 2025. He is responsible for the County’s Department of Public Works and Engineering, and also serves as the liaison to multiple other departments and commissions, including Public Information, Economic Development, and Brookdale Community College.
