Members and nonmembers of the MODC are welcome to speak with a local businessperson. This month, attendees will have a chance to speak with Fort Monmouth Economic Revitalization Authority (FMERA) Director of Real Estate Development & Marketing Sarah Giberson

Sarah Giberson is the lead of Fort Monmouth’s Real Estate team, serving as the Director of Real Estate Development & Marketing. For the past eight years, Sarah has managed FMERA’s investor and developer attraction, selection, contract negotiation and project management processes. Sarah oversees FMERA’s governance and communications functions and serves as FMERA’s public relations liaison. She also serves as a Board member of The Jersey Shore Partnership.

Sarah is a graduate of Lehigh University and received her Master’s in Marketing Communications Management from the University of Denver. During her career, Sarah also attended the Kislak Real Estate Institute at Monmouth University and attained a Graduate Certificate in Development & Program Management, also from the University of Denver.

Sarah is also an avid support of wellness, owning and operating her yoga & Pilates studios, Pink Moon Yoga & Wellness and MOONCORE Pilates, located in Brielle, Silverton, and Brick. Previously, she was the co-chair of MODC’s Health & Wellness committee and remains an active member of its Economic Development Committee.
