Members and nonmembers of the MODC are welcome to speak with their local Assemblyman.

Assemblyman McGuckin of NJ District 10 has been a member of New Jersey’s general assembly since 2012 and currently serves on the Science, Innovation and Technology and the Transportation and Independent Authorities committees. McGuckin earned a bachelor's degree in history from Providence College in 1983 and a law degree from Seton Hall University Law School in 1987. He is a municipal attorney in private practice for more than 28 years serving municipalities as a solicitor, prosecutor and attorney for planning and zoning boards. 

He was appointed by the state Supreme Court to serve on the district ethics committee for Ocean County and is a board of trustees member for the NJ Institute of Local Government Attorneys. Previously, McGuckin was a Toms River councilman from 2004 to 2011, serving as president each year. A father of three daughters, he and his wife reside in Toms River.

Attendees are asked to park in the back of the building and use the back entrance to first sign in with the front desk before coming to the meeting - just look for the MODC signs. 

The event costs $20 and can be paid via card online, or by cash or check at the event.
